Quality team

The Quality team is responsible for ensuring that our service users receive consistently high quality services that meet their individual needs and requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • The design and implementation of an agreed system of Quality Assurance for the CIB network of services.
  • Developing a better understanding of our customer needs and our clients' experiences.
  • Providing support to the delivery partners in the implementation of continuous improvement in the quality of service delivered to users.
  • In conjunction with the Service Delivery team, supporting the development of linkages between Delivery partners locally and regionally in order to encourage the sharing of expertise, information and resources at a local level in order to meet quality service standards.

Foireann Cháilíochta

Tá an fhoireann cháilíochta freagrach as a chinntiú go bhfaigheann ár n-úsáideoirí seirbhíse seirbhísí d'ardchaighdeán go seasta a fhreastalaíonn ar a riachtanais agus a gceanglais aonair.

Áirítear ina freagrachtaí:

  • Dearadh agus forfheidhmiú chóras aontaithe Dearbhú Cáilíochta do líonra seirbhísí an CIB.
  • Tuiscint níos fearr a fhorbairt ar riachtanais ár gcustaiméirí agus ar éispéiris ár gcliant.
  • Tacaíocht a sholáthar do na páirtithe seachadta i bhforfheidhmiú feabhas leanúnach i gcaighdeán na seirbhíse a sheachadtar chuig gach úsáideoir.
  • I gcomhar leis an bhfoireann Seachadta Seirbhíse, tacú le forbairt nascálacha idir pháirtithe Seachadta go háitiúil agus go réigiúnach chun roinnt an tsaineolais, na faisnéise agus na n-acmhainní ag an leibhéal áitiúil a spreagadh chun caighdeáin sheirbhísí seachadta a chomhlíonadh.
