queries from customers on the ‘Fair Deal' Scheme.

On completion of this course the participants should be
able to:
- explain the main features of the Fair Deal Scheme
- outline the application process
- outline the care needs assessment process
- explain the ancillary state support feature.
- explain how the Medical/GP Visit Cards Scheme works
- describe the application process and means test
- outline the appeals process.
